Job Description

The Client Acorn is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Recruitment Consultant to join them and work on their government funded scheme. This is an opportunity to work within a 360 role offering a fully funded recruitment solution to potential clients throughout Wales, covering the Childcare and Dental industry. The Role * Contacting employers within Childcare and Dental sector to promote 360, cost free, recruitment support with identifying apprentices * Follow up on vacancy leads from team members * Obtain/create vacancy templates in conjunction with employers needs / requirements * Advertise through Careers Wales and associated job boards * Complete candidate screening calls to quantify candidate application and suitability for role * Arrange interviews with learners / employers * Speculatively promote candidates to potential employers * Maintain on-going caseload of vacancies, providing regular updates on progress with employers * On-going prioritisation of timely vacancy conversion * Organise sign up for placed candidates on to relevant training programme Benefits * Monday to Friday working hours with working from home with a 4 pm finish on a Friday. * Paying a basic salary of up to £20,000 a year. * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. * Private medical / health insurance available after 1 years' service. * Pension plan * Birthday award for loyal service - after 3 years' service £250 of gift vouchers will be awarded per year, after five years' service this is increased to £500 per year and after 10 years and beyond this will increase to £1000 a year. * Excellent benefits including Employee of the month and year awards, mid-year event meal and Christmas Conference / Party.
