Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a fast paced and growing national training provider? Perhaps you are working in the training industry and want a new challenge? Maybe you are an assessor looking for a change of direction? We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and flexible Learner Recruitment Consultant who is able to complete our learner induction, and sign up new learners to Apprenticeship programmes. You will be the first point of contact for our learners and employers, thus we need someone who is able to motivate and give a great first impression. You will be able to provide advice and guidance around our qualifications and recommend the right programmes of study for our learners. You will also contribute towards a team target to ensure we continue to grow the number of learners on programme and for completing SFA induction paperwork in a timely manner. **Please note, the successful person will be required to cover the Midlands and possibly other areas of England. Travel is a large part of this role, so please only apply for this position if you are happy to travel significant distances. Principal Duties Include: 1. To ensure monthly starts are achieved in line with contractual requirements. 2. To ensure all leads provided are followed up in line with the expected response timelines and LRC management framework. 3. To ensure all marketing/promotional materials used are current and in line with company policies and procedures. 4. To actively update and develop own awareness and training (CPD). 5. To ensure that suitable employers and eligible learners are identified through effectively carrying out thorough initial assessment. 6. To ensure regular daily and accurate input of all application activity through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 7. To ensure lead generation is fully developed through the effective communication with other departments. 8. To ensure that all learners and employers receive a thorough induction and initial assessment and are presented with all relevant information in line with current policies, procedures and practices. 9. To ensure the accurate and timely completion of all initial assessment/induction and start documentation in line with internal administration and MIS procedures. 10. To follow up with after sales support to both employer and learner where appropriate. 11. To ensure attendance at all relevant meetings. 12. To ensure all information requests are completed accurately and on a timely basis. 13. To undertake specialist training in order to meet the requirement of your job description and participate in the staff development programme within the company framework and within the agreed individual staff development plan. 14. To ensure the Values of Progress to Excellence Ltd are actively promoted and implemented at all times and act in accordance with your confidentiality agreement at all times. 15. To communicate with internal and external agencies, staff, customers, management and peers in a manner appropriate to your position at all times. 16. To take responsibility for the health, safety activities applicable to the post as set out in the company’s policy statements. 17. To undertake any other duties consistent with the basic objectives of the post
