Job Description

Our client is a 'Good' Ofsted rated adult training provider who is growing from strength to strength. They want you to be a part of a successful training business. They are looking for the following individual to join the team - 2 x Learner Recruiter (identifying learners by contacting employers across various industries to sign up to Apprenticeship and other programmes). Full time permanent role based around Bodmin and surrounding area Salary - £19,000 - £22,000 DOE + Bonus and Mileage allowance. Typical day may involve working from the office to contact employers with a view to making appointments. Once you have arranged appointments with decision makers, you will visit the employers at their place of work to discuss the benefits of Apprenticeships and other related qualifications. Once an interest has been established, sign the learners up and close the sale. Responsible for the development of new employer business and the recruitment of Apprenticeship learners in one or more designated regions. Responsible for establishing excellent customer relationships with both the Learner and Employer ensuring total customer satisfaction and repeat business. Duties/ Responsibilities To ensure own monthly starter volumes are achieved in line with contractual requirements and agreed annual targets set by the management team. To ensure that suitable employers and eligible learners are identified through the effective use of initial assessment. To ensure lead generation is fully developed through the effective communication between managers and peers within all regions. To ensure that all learners and employers receive a thorough induction and initial assessment and are presented with all relevant information in line with current policies, procedures and practices. Essential Criteria Good standard of secondary education A number of years business development experience Good administrative skills Must be computer literate Excellent telephone and personal communication skills Good networking skills Car owner/driver Well presented If you have not been contacted within 2 weeks, unfortunately on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.
