Job Description

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Work Based Learning and Welfare to Work sectors.   Job Title: Learner Recruitment Consultant (Employability) Location: Stockport Salary: £25,000 + BONUS (OTE £28,000 - £30,000)   Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + Much More! Type: Full-time, Permanent Duties Include: - Source, attract and enrol unemployed learners (aged 19+) to a pre-employability programme, using a variety of methods including; social media, advertising and referral / employability partners. - Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and Job Centres to secure ongoing learner referrals. - Engagement with local employers, networks and referral agencies to source employment /  interview opportunities for learners. - Ensure suitability and eligibility for the programme through initial IAG, screening and checks. - Work to recruitment targets / KPI`s. - Keep up to date with our clients offering and available opportunities to ensure accurate advice and guidance is offered to potential learners. - Completing company documentation ensuring that all documents meet compliance standards. Essential Criteria: - Experience of attracting unemployed learners using a variety of methods/platforms within the Employability Sector. - Strong understanding and knowledge of eligibility criteria for Employability programmes. - Experience of building relationships with job centres and other referral partners. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong administrative and organisational skills. - Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle. - Must be flexible with travel.
