Job Description

A leading national training provider of Apprenticeships and other training programmes are looking for a Learner Recruitment Consultant to join their North West team to be responsible for recruiting learners onto Apprenticeship programmes. You will be responsible for the development of new business and the recruitment of apprentices onto programmes across either Warrington, Cheshire or Liverpool. You will also be responsible for establishing excellent customer relationships with both the Learner and Employer ensuring total customer satisfaction and repeat business. Candidates will be home & regional based and you will be set up with Phone, laptop and all the equipment you need to work remotely. Duties will include: * Client Development * Generating sales leads * Visiting workplaces * Signing candidates onto programmes * Interviewing apprentice applicants * Ensuring repeat business * Assisting with PR events * Achieving sales targets and developing the business The successful candidates will have excellent negotiation abilities, communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and targets. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with both large and small employers. Candidates may come from a WBL, W2W, training, telesales or recruitment background and have a get up and go, must do attitude. Full training will be provided. You will be expected to make regular client and student visits across the North West area, therefore candidates must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis working between 9am-5pm Monday - Friday.
