Job Description

We at Protocol are partnered with an established FE college in the Gloucestershire area. With the end of the academic year edging closer and closer the increase in student recruitment enquiries are rising. We are supporting the Commercial Services Team to recruit for a full-time Learner Recruitment Coordinator for the next 8 weeks. You will act as a key member of staff during these crucial college months to advertise the full spectrum of college courses ranging from A Levels, BTEC to Adult Learning. As a result you strive to maximise student recruitment numbers in preparation for the New Academic Year. Role responsibilities Increase referrals and enrolment for adult unemployed provision and meet learner recruitment targets and KPIs Inform the planning of employability training based on employer and Job Centre Plus demands Manage the referral process with Job Centre Plus and all referral agencies Manage the relationship with the Job Centre Plus employer partnership team to engage local employers Liaise with marketing and sales teams to ensure full cost courses are promoted to learners and provision is successfully delivered Support with the development of marketing collateral to promote these courses Meet & Greet new learners to the College on the first day of their course to ensure they receive excellent customer service. Support with the arrangement of resources, room bookings and refreshments for our full cost courses as required. Liaise with potential students and support with their course enquiries Undertake telephone advice sessions with potential learners to support with their enrolment on to a distance learning course. Coordinate the customer experience of our distance learning students. Support with developing website content for adult commercial courses to ensure accuracy of information Support with the development of promotional materials and promotional content for social media, learner case studies and collate learner feedback. Attend open evenings, job fairs and other promotional events to market our courses to learners as required The person & qualifications Proven recent experience in a customer focused organisation Proven recent experience of adult learner generation within a college or training provider.
