Learner Recruitment Executive - Bexleyheath, Stratford, Plumstead (Regional Role) - Up to £28,000 / Plus Benefits. The Role: Learner Recruitment Executive • If you love working with and helping people, this role will be ideal for you as you will be interviewing potential apprentices and then matching them with suitable employers. So you really will be able to change peoples' lives. • You will be using your exceptional communication skill to liaise with parents, schools and apprentices of all ages with the intention of finding them placements. • You will have great time management and organisational skills as you will be managing your own diary and time effectively and efficiently. • With great attention to detail, you will be completing all the relevant paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. • A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required. Essential Requirements: Learner Recruitment Executive • You will have previously worked in a role where you will have dealt with a high volume of people such as recruitment, employer engagement, learner engagement, candidate resourcing etc for a minimum of 3 years. • You will have a knowledge of education or apprenticeships which you will have gained through a previous role • Experience of working proficiently with a range of ICT packages • You will have maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills level 2 with good, clear verbal and written communication skills. • You will have a natural empathy with people and a genuine desire to help people find the right apprenticeship for them.
