Our current vacancy offers a ‘warm desk’ with a wealth of opportunity to work with an established client base of interim candidates and clients. No one day is the same, however you can typically expect to be undertaking business development activities with a range of clients, registering and qualifying candidates, and most importantly sucessfully placing candidates in to temporary assignments. Business development will include nurturing existing client relationships whilst also raising the profile of eNL with new potential clients. Targets will guide your key activities to ensure you are well positioned for success. This role offers the opportunity to work across Private Practice, Public sector and In-House markets within a defined geographical region. You will have clear ownership of your own market and our earning structure ensures that you reap the rewards of your own hard work.
THE CANDIDATE: This role is most suited to an experienced Recruitment Consultant with exposure to interim recruitment, or alternatively a Law graduate with a specific interest in a career within legal recruitment. You will be a clear and persuasive communicator with a high intellectual capacity and a determination to succeed. You will be commercially astute and will strive to become an expert in all that you do in order to command the confidence of your clients, candidates and colleagues. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working to targets and will thrive under pressure. Team working will be intrinsic to this role and will play a huge part in your success.
