The Role - assisting the Legal Manager in the following areas:

  • Issuing contracts to both clients and contractors
  • Responding to contractual queries from contractors
  • Managing the candidates’ contract process: chasing, recording and filing signed contracts plus all requested documents for each contractor
  • Ensuring contractors’ set ups are compliant with local and international legislations
  • Keeping an accurate and professional internal communication with the sales teams
  • Various administrative and organisational tasks

What we are looking for

  • Degree in law and/or administration
  • Ideally a previous experience as a legal assistant or similar position
  • English AND German communication skills with an ability to work with contract documents in both languages (other European languages such as French would be a bonus)
  • An eye and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks
  • An enthusiastic, positive and personable person
