This role is suitable for someone with limited recruitment, sales or resourcing experience who is keen to learn and develop their career in a corporate environment. You will be responsible for fulfilling levy client’s placement opportunities in accordance with agreed procedures and targets and the account management of key accounts to generate new business and achieve client retention Key Task / Responsibilities • Being creative in the sourcing of candidates to match the client’s recruitment needs. • Liaise with branch traineeship learner teams. • Ensure all paperwork are completed to a high standard and in a timely fashion to ensure contract compliance. • Ensure all targets are met in line with agreed contractual requirements and individual KPI’s. • Build relationships with new and existing levy clients generating new Apprenticeships vacancies across available frameworks/standards by cold calling, account management, and social media. • Promote the benefits of up skilling clients existing staff via an Apprenticeship or commercial training. • Cross sell the company’s other products and services to new and existing levy clients. • Health & Safety Assessment for Employers This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a passion for helping young people, developing sales skills and providing high level customer service. If you have worked within recruitment or been involved in resourcing candidates then this would be ideal but not essential for the position
