Job Title: Long-term Interim Inhouse Recruiter Talent Manager Salary: £30,000 (one year contract) possible perm Location: South Yorkshire OVERVIEW: Well established manufacturing company with sites across the UK seeks experienced Inhouse Recruiter to set up their recruitment process for the UK business. THE ROLE Our client is seeking an experienced Inhouse Recruitment Manager with experience in Talent Attraction to set up from scratch a recruitment service for their UK business. Ideally experience in setting up contracts with recruitment agencies, working CV's through a portal and social media, setting up contracts using job boards on the internet. Looking at channels to attract Talent, and strong internet experience. Building a strong database of candidates and a system that will allow them to successfully attract and recruit future candidates themselves. The successful Inhouse Recruitment Manager will be solely responsible for all the recruitment of all level of roles (blue/white collar).
