Following a record-breaking financial year, our client is looking to grow their Talent Acquisition team to assist with their impressive growth plans. This role will be instrumental in sourcing recruiters from trainee up too Director Level and meeting the strategic growth plans through your efforts.
Day to day you will engaging with senior stakeholders across the business understanding their needs and advising on the best attraction strategies moving forward. This will include building relationships with Rec2Rec suppliers, developing direct attraction strategies and managing the overall interview process and candidate experience.
The role will suit candidates from a Talent Acquisition background or a candidate who has experience in recruitment but would like to make their first move into an internal role.
