Our client is a well-established and market-leading Retail, Fashion and Luxury Brand Recruitment Consultancy, based in Central London.
Due to continued success and consequent growth, they are redesigning the management structure and introducing a new Director level role that will report directly to the MD.
The Recruitment Director role
This newly created role will allow you to combine your flare for recruitment and billing with your personnel, management and operational skill-set.
You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment sales cycle from developing new business and account management through to developing candidate attraction strategies.
You will be managing a team of recruitment consultants, helping them to achieve their own ambitions and career goals as well as financial and productivity targets and of course, as with your team, you will be expected to present as an ambassador for the company and the brands they represent at all times.
Skills and Attributes
Reporting directly to the MD, the ideal candidate will either be currently running a team or have previous management experience within retail recruitment or a related recruitment industry sector. However, we are also interested in hearing from experienced Consultants with relevant sector experience who would like to take a step-up into management given the right training.
The successful Recruitment Manager will have a deep understanding and feel for luxury brands as well as a passion for Recruitment.
Possessing strong leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills, you will be highly driven to succeed. You will be able to support and develop your team through the day to day challenges faced in this busy and ever changing recruitment environment.
