Mechanical and Electrical Recruitment Consultant £DOE + Benefits Portsmouth Interaction Recruitment is one of the UK's leading independent recruitment agencies offering a quality and consultative service to both our clients and candidates. Due to high levels of continued success and expansion we are growing our construction division and are currently seeking an experienced Consultant to run and grow a M+E desk based out of our office in Portsmouth city centre. This consultant will be responsible for the development of a trades & labour business across Dorset, Hampshire and West Sussex and to contribute towards the growth of an already successful division. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked within the market but wants to work for an employer who will allow them to implement their own ideas and be given expert support and development needed to grow and run a successful M+E business. The job role and the desk: You will be part of our busy, fast paced Construction team establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with a mix of Mechanical and Electrical clients. You will be working within a team with over 15 years experience of recruiting within the construction industry across Dorset, Hampshire and West Sussex who will be on hand to offer full support and deliver any training required for you to be as successful as possible. Essential Qualifications/Experience required: The position is suited to someone with a minimum 2-year billing as a recruitment consultant who when provided with our clients and established database can hit the ground running. We are looking for a consultant with construction experience ideally in running a M+E or Construction Desk. A full clean driving licence is essential.
