Job Role: Marketing & Recruitment Officer PERM – FULL TIME Salary: £18,000 - £23,000pa Location: Leicester City Centre. (No parking is included) The Opportunity Do you have a wealth of experience within Marketing? Have an interest in the Music Industry and/or worked for a University or College? Our client, based at the heart of Leicester’s Cultural Quarter are looking to recruit a Marketing & Recruitment Officer The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the organisation’s marketing functions and work within a small yet growing team. Continually evolving and improving upon existing Marketing Student recruitment strategies. The Role: • Reporting to the CEO • Implementation and execution of 360 degree marketing plan • Raise awareness of the business within the Midlands primarily but also across the UK • Promote the courses available to maximise student recruitment • Management of degree applications through the University admissions system • Content management and maintenance of the website • Management and development of all social media platforms • Identify and explore new marketing opportunities • Coordinate the nationwide school/college promotional tour • Coordinate the UCAS fair calendar • Copywriting for promotional materials • Design of promotional materials • Coordinate and mange promotional events and open days • Identify new potential industry links and build relationships • Coordinate launch events and open days in preparation for the completion of the new building • Manage and develop the CRM system Successful candidate: • Excellent telephone manner • Comfortable at communicating at all levels from Students, Universities, Senior Management and the Director of Studies • Professional yet approachable • Accuracy and aptitude for learning new skills • Ability of working within a busy and ever changing environment • Flexible approach and with a good can do attitude
