We have an opportunity for a person to join us as a Recruitment Coordinator covering two of our fostering agencies. You will need to be dynamic, friendly and person centred. Ideally we are looking for someone with experience of recruiting foster carers, who enjoys meeting people and most of all be passionate about providing the most suitable foster carers to meet the needs of our looked after children. The ideal candidate will develop a marketing and advertising strategy for the agencies in consultation with the Recruitment and Marketing manager based on intelligence from commercial and customer needs. Plan and attend promotional, recruitment events and undertake advertising to support the recruitment of new foster carers in South East London and the South Eastern area. The post holder will identify opportunities for positive media coverage, partnerships and sponsorships in order to generate interest and promote the services of FSG and Outlook, this also includes production of a quarterly internal Newsletter. The role will be based in our Croydon office. However, you need to work out of the office attending recruitment events, this will include some weekend work, so you will need to be flexible on the days you work. You will need to be able to prioritise and have effective time management skills to ensure efficient responses to enquiries and leads for prospective foster carers, ensuring full compliance with organisational Policies, Procedures and Guidelines for assessing potential foster carers. Part of the role will include weekly updates to management on all matters relating to practice, compliance and outcomes. Due to the nature of the position, successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
