We are now seeking a passionate, dynamic, vibrant Marketing and Recruitment Support Consultant to join our Swift ACI team. This role is perfect for applicants with a 180/360 recruiting, internal recruiting, resourcing or business development background; however, we can train the skills needed - we want to employ the right personality in true Swift style! As a Marketing and Recruitment Support Consultant , you will be responsible for marketing the Swift brand through events, and social media channels, alongside supporting with recruiting new learners onto the programme, ensuring they fully meet our funding eligibility criteria and are of the required calibre for the sector. You will also ensure that advertising and networking activity is maintained at a high standard in order to achieve continuous growth. This is an exciting role that involves selling the benefits of our apprenticeship programmes to young people and advising of them about what we do every step of the way. Key Attributes of a Marketing and Recruitment Support Consultant: * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of providers and learners * Ability to conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews * Ability to relate to young people * Excellent communicator * Organized, with the ability to understand the needs of the learners * Ability to maintain self-motivation and be consistently pro-active * Energetic, resourceful, persistent, determined and resilient * Hardworking, integrity and honesty * Willing to take responsibility and accountability * Problem solver with good organisational skills * Full Driving License Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage advertising in order to facilitate the flow of new learners * Engage with community organisations/connections/other providers * Attend networking events and jobs fairs * Conduct CV screening of new applications and conduct telephone screening in order to progress eligible applicants to academy interview * Carry out learner interviews in order to select appropriate learners for the programme * Accurately advise potential learners on the programmes offered, and provide IAG around our programmes / signpost unsuitable learners to partners * Ensure excellent customer service standards are achieved in order to ensure learner retention If you feel you have the skills required to thrive in this exciting and challenging role, we’d love to speak with you
