MARKETING MANAGER FOR Leading Recruitment Consultancy - Nottingham, Leicester OR Milton Keynes ***YOU MUST HAVE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE - EITHER AS A MARKETEER OR PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT SALARY COMPETITIVE + BENEFITS + QUARTERLY BONUS An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join the team at a leading Recruitment Consultancy. This role is focused on the creation of presentations, marketing collateral, coordinating and leading marketing efforts. About the Role The role of the Marketing Manager is to develop and execute integrated, content-driven marketing plans targeting clients, candidates and brand awareness. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan, within deadlines and budgets. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for building strong relationships with the internal business stakeholders, as well as facilitating cross-business working groups in order to develop client-centric propositions. The Marketing Manager will initiate and maintain communication with all marketing channels (e.g. creative, employee communications, PR, events, social media), clients and vendors (both internal and external) and include other marketing team members in projects, as appropriate. Coordinate and implement design best practice across all channels. Support and develop good working relationships with the internal business areas. Ensure consistent quality throughout marketing documentation. You'll work with various departments which focus on a variety of sectors which range from Finance, HR, Procurement etc on a National basis. The Candidate Candidates will require a Marketing experience working within a Recruitment Agency Environment - Essential The Marketing Manager will have proven experience in creating high-quality presentation packs to support sales pitches, marketing and client services. Strong communication, stakeholder management and design skills needed. The Marketing Manager will need to be sensitive to the ways of working within an SME, acting professionally with all internal and external contacts. Skills and Experience Very good communication skills - the role will include presentations to business stakeholders Strong project management and a good understanding of creative deliverables and timeframes Good organisational and time management skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Strategic, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail a must The business is a leading Recruitment Consultancy with offices in Nottingham, Leicester and Milton Keynes.
