Marketing Recruitment Officer

Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Recruitment Officer to join The Manchester College. Due to exciting changes to our marketing approach, we have created a new Marketing Recruitment Officer role within our team on a Permanent, full time (37 hrs per week) basis. We are in search of an experienced professional to help develop and deliver our strategy. Working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for co-ordinating first-class marketing, and student recruitment services. This will include advertising campaigns, marketing and communications plans, high-level stakeholder management, marketplace analysis reporting and a proactive response to trends in recruitment numbers at a subject area level. To be successful in the role of Marketing Recruitment Officer you will need: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or related subject Experience in a marketing role with experience of delivering marketing and communication plans Experience of recruitment marketing in the education sector Experience of managing internal/external client relationships at a senior level.
