MD of Commercial Recruitment Southern Region & Home Counties Salary £60k to £75k + Bonus + BMW car + Equity Share Overview With turnover of £70m, 250 staff and strong profitability we are looking to continue our growth through the appointment of an MD in our Commercial division. We are very strong financially and whilst other agencies have gone through difficulties and contracted, Interaction has expanded well over the last 10 years. This recruit will develop and build our Commercial specialist market across the South and Home Counties continuing on from the successes of the division else where through our national network. With a branch network of 30 offices we offer our clients a great national coverage. Currently we operate in 9 specialist vertical markets (Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality and Catering, Driving, Technical & Engineering, Construction, Accountancy & Finance, IT and Health & Social Care). These specialist divisions provide great cross selling opportunities across our client base. Each division works as a specialist business unit and we are looking for a leader to progress and grow our Commercial business in the South & Home Counties. Responsibilities include: * Recruit, train and retain consultants at all levels throughout the region * To grow further both temp & perm commercial business in your region * Open new revenue streams and build on already successful divisions. * To increase revenues and profitability Candidates for the above roles must be able to demonstrate the following: * Will have at least 10 years recruitment consultancy experience. * Be able to show evidence of a successful career recruiting within the commercial sector. * Have significant experience of billing alongside running teams of 10+staff. * Have experience of running multi-site operations. * Have the ability to be entrepreneurial to drive business forward. * Sound local and regional knowledge of client base and relevant connections. * The ambition to not only to grow but to compete with the top billing specialist divisions and regions.
