Medical Recruiter Job Type: Temporary Location: Gillingham Band: 5 to 8a depending on skill and experience Pay Rates: £13.22 to £25.60 per hour umbrella depending on skill and experience Band 5: £13.22 to £16.10 per hour umbrella depending on skill and experience Band 6: £14.95 to £19.55 per hour umbrella depending on skill and experience Band 7: £18.50 to £24.39 per hour umbrella depending on skill and experience Band 8a: £21.70 - £25.60 per hour paye plus holiday or £25 to £29.40 per hour umbrella Duration: This is a temporary 3 months potentially longer Start: As soon as possible Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm Recruiting High-Level Clinical Staff, Physicians and Doctors duties will include: * Proactively recruiting High-Level Clinical Staff, Physicians and Doctors by exhausting all recruitment avenues through networking, personal contacts, LinkedIn, job adverts and social media * Complete social media and other channel activity to seek out candidates and pro-actively engage them into the recruitment process * Proactively resourcing Physicians and Doctor * Using LinkedIn and other tools to attract and Physicians and Doctors * Completing candidate attraction activities and registrations * Screening and interviewing candidates for open roles * Reviewing applicants' resume/curriculum vitae * Placing and assigning employees at clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities * Negotiating salary and packages * Ensuring Targets and KPI’s are met at all times Managing the recruitment process * Manage the recruitment process for medical staff recruitment * Managing the advertising of open Medical roles * Ensuring the co-ordination and set up of interview panels * Completion of timely and rigorous pre-employment checks * You will be responsible for the source and supply of candidates within the NHS Trust * Working with line managers in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements. * Performing background checks on potential employees, as well as checking upon given references, etc. Do you have experience working as a Medical Recruiter?
