Rec2Rec opportunities - we are recruiting for our exceptional Medical Recruitment client, for a number of Locum Senior Recruitment Consultant roles, including the following specialist areas * Psychiatry * Surgery * A&E Whilst our Client is based in South Essex, and the roles can be office based, it is also possible for any of these roles to be work from home opportunities on a permanent basis, and as such can be based anywhere in the UK. These fantastic opportunities have arisen with our Recruitment Client for specialist locum recruiters within the mentioned fields to join their expanding medical locums and nursing divisions. At this time of exciting growth, they are looking to speak to dedicated, ambitious recruiters who will are high billers and are highly competent and experienced in their field, and looking for a new opportunity. You will not be restricted in terms of remit and will be able to grow a desk within an open, national market. The role will be interesting, varied and will allow you the autonomy you need to successfully grow your desk. This is for a recruitment business who pride themselves on not being KPI driven, having a mature approach, but also making sure we have fun in and outside the office! Our Recruitment client is a people focused business, which has a real impact throughout the NHS each day. They are proud to represent their established and framework approved healthcare professionals, who in turn support in excess of one million patients. They have specialist divisions which include medicine, psychiatry, women and children, surgery, nursing (generalist and specialist) and AHP. Senior Recruitment Consultant – Key skills * A minimum of 2 years’ experience recruiting within their medical specialism * Offer the best possible customer service, building strong and meaningful relationships * Experience in resourcing candidates from many different sources i.e. database, referrals, job boards, social media etc. * The ability to maintain up to date records on the internal database at all times * The ability to identify repeat business opportunities * Excellent written and communication skills * Proven track record in working towards targets and exceeding in these * Have a proven record as a team player * Have excellent presentation skills with a positive outlook * Eclipse Recruitment CRM experience preferrable (not essential) Additional information * A basic salary that will vary dependant on experience, with competitive commission and bonuses. * Realistic ‘On Target Earnings’ (OTE): £40-65k in the first year. * Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Extra day-off for your birthday * Structured career path, including regular salary reviews, leading to fantastic opportunities * Social events * Weekly & monthly awards and incentive schemes * Shopping discounts * Health-care discounts* * Gym membership* * Pension* * Casual dress code Monday-Friday *Available after 3 months of service To apply for this excellent opportunity or for further information, please apply online.
