We have a fabulous opportunity for a Recruitment Operations Manager to join a company undergoing a phase of rapid expansion, in a home-based role with national travel. As Recruitment Operations Manager, you will play a key role in providing strategic project management and delivery of a niche product for recruitment process into multiple public-sector accounts across the UK. You will be responsible for establishing and leading a quality driven and client focussed service in the implementation of the recruitment project lifecycle. You will also be consolidating the projects into standard operating procedures internally and within client organisations, so excellent relationship management skills and customer service ethic will be vital. Working for a dynamic and innovative company, designing and implementing a standardised and collaborative recruitment service to meet the specific requirements of your clients will be central to your role. With a strategic and commercially astute attitude, you will be required to monitor and report on progress with your clients, resolving issues as and when they arise. As you will be dealing with internal departments and on-site external stakeholders, excellent communication skills will be essential. Adopting a consultative approach, you may also be required to support clients in designing workstreams and providing recommendations for enhancing the collaborative service offering. You will ideally have a minimum of four years experience in managing project lifecycles in a relevant industry, particularly in recruitment, HR or project management. Experience working within the public sector or NHS, or a working knowledge of public sector staffing processes is also desirable. As the role is home-based with extensive travel to visit clients on-site, you will be required to have a full UK driving license.
