Mears have an exciting opportunity available for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the National Live in Service for Mears. The Recruitment Coordinator role will involve: * Managing and Assisting the recruitment process from start to finish (liaising with agencies and meeting new clients) * Defining and scoping out the recruitment plan, alongside the Manager of the Live in Service * Liaising with external stakeholders in respect of developing and building the recruitment pipeline over the next 12 months * Reporting to the Live in Manager on a weekly basis on all activity levels and recruitment outcomes * Providing written reports of all recruitment activity * Ensuring day-to-day recruitment services are operated in accordance with recruitment process * Assist in undertaking on call duties as required to ensure a 24/7 service is provided The successful Recruitment Co-ordinator will have: * **Proven experience within the care sector or a similar industry is essential ** * Previous experience in the full cycle recruitment process (from attraction to managing and conducting interviews and contractual management) * Good IT skills and competency in Microsoft Office * Good verbal and written English skills * Good leadership and organisational skills * **A full driving licence, valid to drive in the UK with access to your own transport** Mears look for people who share our commitment to working in the community and who really want to make a positive difference to peoples lives.
