Main duties and responsibilities * Prospect and cold calling to new and existing clients to identify and secure suitable work our candidates * Building and developing on-going relationships with new and existing clients * Have the ability to deal efficiently and effectively with prospects over the telephone and will thrive on providing a high level of Customer Service and professionalism * Excellent telephone manner * A desire to learn about the business and become part of our vision, values and culture Essential Skills and Experience * A proven successful track record in a customer-driven service environment * Sales driven and confident in own ability to sell and influence * Persistent, persuasive and resilient * Ability to take rebuttal politely and retain enthusiasm * Positive 'can do' work attitude with a self-motivated approach * Professional, reliable and punctual * Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone with individuals and with a wide variety of audiences. * Ability to quickly build rapport and successfully engage with people internally and externally * Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail * Experience of using Microsoft packages PowerPoint Publisher, MS Word and Excel * Ability to set up and maintain databases, records and files, through CRM's and other portals * Target and result driven * Ability and desire to develop new business opportunities * Minimum GCSE grade A-C (Math's and English) or level 2 equivalent * Ability to work resourcefully, independently and as part of a team What we offer * High Earning Potential: £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary + OTE 1st Year: £30,000-£35,000; 2nd Year: £35,000-£50,000; 3rd Year: £50,000+ Industry Leading Training: both internal and external training opportunities in both group and one-on-one environments. * Rapid Career Progression: We focus on organic growth and you'll have a transparent career path from Day One - if you hit your targets you will be given opportunities to be develop.
