They are looking for dynamic new business consultants who can work well within a team as well as striving to bring the best talent possible to the company. The role is to find and hire high level consultants to join the company further to the unique working philosophy. They strive to attract the best clients by providing the best possible working conditions to all staff. You will be assigned to work with a current New Business manager who will work closely with you. Role Overview: * To find and research new leads esp when there is a new gap in the market * Respond to all enquires (web, phone, email) within max 2 hrs, aim to be within 30 mins * To ensure month on month growth of your portfolio. * To meet with consultants new and prospective on an on-going basis * New Intermediaries/Clients * Source * Speak on phone * Follow up emails * Meetings * Discuss contract requirements * Current Intermediaries/Clients * Maintain relationship * Keep in loop when business is progressing * RLMT (for non EU hires) * Conduct Resident Labour Market Test * Internal Communication * Sales meeting * Pre induction * Consultants on board * Dealing with ad hoc problems as they arise. Candidate Profile: * The ideal candidate will have the following demonstrable skills and experience: * Number one you must be a people person! * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task * Great organisational skills and attention to detail * A team player who is willing to help out wherever required * Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic If successful, you will be working in a small and friendly head office so this role would be best suited to a candidate who enjoys working within a team and can show determination to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
