Scantec is looking for individuals who love the challenge of new business development and would like an opportunity to build upon their experience through a comprehensive training plan, containing module training and on the job coaching and support.
- Targeted on generating new accounts for the business as well as maximizing revenue in current business accounts
- Source and identify new clients, markets and target companies through lead generation and research
- Cold call new clients to generate pipeline
- Set and attend meetings with key decision makers
- Negotiate and agree commercials with new clients
- Promoting the Scantec brand and core values at all time
- Keeping up to date with the latest news within the industry
- Minimum of 6 months working in a new business B2B environment
- Proven track record in appointment setting and winning business
- An enthusiastic and driven outlook, able to handle objections and develop relationships with cold clients and warm clients
- High levels of professionalism and ability to mirror the Scantec core values
- Ambitious, goal/results driven and a competitive nature
- High professional integrity and ability to demonstrate consistently strong work ethic
- Disciplined, proactive and a self-starter
Previous knowledge or experience working within Technical Recruitment is not essential but an interest or link in this area would be beneficial to assist with building rapport with industry professionals.
