The Blakemore Way is a means to define this culture and ensure that the longstanding values of the Blakemore family will continue to drive the company`s growth for the next century.  Position: New Business Recruitment Executive  Location: Swindon and surrounding areas  Job Type: Full Time, Permanent  Hours: 40 Hours Per Week, Monday - Friday, to meet the needs of the business  Salary: £22,000 pa basic with OTE £30,000 to £35,000  Benefits: Company Sick Pay Scheme, Additional Holidays, Company Pension Scheme, Staff Discount, Long Service Awards, Life Cover, Cycle to Work Scheme, Employee Volunteering Opportunities, Company Vehicle commensurate with job role.  Closing date: February 9, 2018  About the role:  The Business Recruitment Executive will assist the Recruitment Managers to achieve effective recruitment of targeted retailers into the SPAR group in accordance with AFB strategy and marketplace best practice.  They are looking for those individuals who can work alongside a recruitment manager canvassing for opportunities to recruit small and large businesses into the Spar symbol group. You must enjoy working competitively, thrive under pressure and be able to cope with rejection. Excellent planning skills are needed to maximise time spent in front of customers.  Responsibilities:  - Identifying potential retailers for recruitment, in accordance with A. F.
