Formed in 2000 the business has an excellent reputation for delivery high quality recruitment services to our clients and placing a strong emphasis on forming partnerships with our clients. Maintaining strong client relationships and securing repeat business from our key clients is a major part of our success, to help us achieve this we appoint account managers to help coordinate and service our key accounts. We currently have a vacancy in our London office for an account manager working with one of our biggest client accounts. Our London office is within easy reach of London Waterloo, London Bridge and London Blackfriars over ground stations and close to local amenities including Borough Market, the Tate Modern and the South Bank area. The role will report into one of our directors and be involved in managing key accounts for the business. The Role Potensis has a long term relationship with a number of major UK house builders and we hold a number of high level, long term relationships with a number of UK house builders and mixed use developers. The role is a “non-billing” position and involve managing an exclusive relationship to supply blue collar construction workers to one of our major clients. This will involve significant business development work within the client, making warm calls and arranging meetings to ensure that the relationship is strong and productive. In addition the account manager will be responsible for the operational running and management and performance of this accounts. Ideally you will have experience of account management in a construction and property recruitment environment already. You should possess good interpersonal skills and be both confident and credible. You should have a history of delivering operational success, managing a team of consultants to ensure that they are able to deliver their budgets. In return the role offers a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. The company also runs an active social calendar with regular nights out and incentives which include team trips to places such as Las Vegas, Miami and Europe.
