We provide a traditional high end service to a broad cross section of discerning UK and International Clients. We are currently looking for an office administrator with excellent organisational and time-keeping skills to be based within our Recruitment team, where you’ll be providing office support. Your duties could include: • Preparing and formatting CVs to be sent to clients • Registering CVs on our database • Filing, maintaining and updating our internal database • Taking phone calls from clients and candidates and forwarding to relevant consultant • Advertising vacancies on various job boards • Preparing invoices • Photocopying and document preparation • Delivering internal and external mail • Collecting, opening and sorting mail It would be a bonus to have experience in: • Some knowledge of the Construction Industry • Copy-writing / Proofreading • Social Media Business administration is a really varied area so this is just a sample of some of the things you’ll be doing.
