Temps Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for a highly efficient and organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join the team onsite at our clients facilities in Hinckley. Reporting and supporting the onsite team, the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator will perform administration tasks on a daily basis, enabling and supporting the team and our client to provide a high value first class support service. Responsibilities: Arrange and request interviews Input and maintain data on our internal database and be comfortable with using google and excel spreadsheets Raise and issue contracts for employment Organise Inductions, resource available candidates. This position would suit someone who has experience as an administrator /on site or we would also welcome applications from candidates who have a background within recruitment looking to secure a position in a in-house role. You must be flexible and adaptable as well as very organised and motivated. Qualifications: GCSE's Maths and English Competent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Google sheets Highly organised and proactive in their approach
