Job Description

An experienced on site recruiter is required to help manage a busy local council contract on behalf of our driver recruitment agency. Your main responsibility will be to manage the staffing resources of the local council depot including the daily booking of drivers, drivers mates or loaders, maintenance staff and general workers. staff induction and training. With the assistance of agency account managers and resourcers your KPIs and responsibilities will include; * Booking 50 to 100 workers per day * The provision of training and induction * Ensuring high punctuality and attendance rates * Monitoring client satisfaction and taking action where possible to maintain high levels of satisfaction. * Provision of weekly KPI reports to the agency management team. Work Hours are Monday to Friday, 5;30am to 2:30pm You will be required to travel to other local sites for this client. Your travel expenses will be reimbursed.
