Onsite Recruitment Account Manager Bradford, West Yorkshire Up to £23,000 depending on experience Mon – Fri 6am – 2pm / 10am – 6pm Contract Onsite Recruitment Account Manager The Candidate Experience in account management would be beneficial Experience in Recruitment would be beneficial Own Transport is Essential Good English language skills both written and spoken Good language skills in at least one of the following languages: Slovak Polish Russian Computer literacy Good communication skill Onsite Recruitment Account Manager The Role Recruiting staff Understanding staffing requirements and recruitment processes Making sure ‘New Starter Application’ packs are completed correctly Dealing with personnel’s day-to-day queries Creating daily staffing rota Creating wages sheets for production lines Assessing personnel’s skills Training new and existing production personnel on company’s standards and procedures Completing refresher trainings for production personnel Creating training instructions and guidelines Updating training tracker Supporting Team Leader during new line start-ups Training production operatives on the lines Liaising with Team Leaders with regards to further training/support required for production operatives Attending morning Production meeting The Company My client is a rapidly growing company within their field and an opportunity has arisen to join their expanding their onsite recruitment team.
