Onsite Recruitment Consultant

ARC are looking for a On Site / Performance Management Consultant to join our successful managed services team  working on site in Basildon. You will be responsible for • All On Site recruitment & performance management • KPI tracking & reporting • On boarding candidates after 12 weeks temp to perm as per our agreement with our Client • Out of hours phone cover • Payroll • Regular review meetings with the client • Regular 'workshops' with the candidates Previous experience within a retail based recruitment position is preferred, previous general recruitment experience is essential. Hours of work vary depending on client requirements, suggested hours initially will be (Apply online only) Monday to Friday, however you must be prepared to work additional hours where required by the clients business needs and this may include a Saturday / Sunday or Bank Holiday. Consequently a fair amount of flexibility is required
