Our clients is a large-scale business that can offer a truly varied and challenging Role working closely with Production managing and coordinating Site Labour It's an incredibly fast paced Food environment so you need to be able to cope with this and keep in mind it's the type of place where everything needs to be done, yesterday! As the Labour Co-ordinator, you need to be a strong character and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Role and responsibilities of the Onsite Recruitment Co-ordinator: You'll be a first line of response for managing staff and labour capacity for each shift ensuring all shifts are covered whilst managing any drop outs or backups staff with a pool of resource to call upon. Handling Payroll, Wage, Holidays and overtime queries. Provision and management of PPE onsite Managing staff meetings and capacity, meetings documenting and recording all relevant data What you need to be considered for the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator position: You need to have a proven track record within a Recruitment or on-site capacity within a Fast-Paced Food, FMCG, Manufacturing environment "Can Do Approach" Ability to work on your own and think on your feet attitude and approach Discretion and Confidentiality Excellent IT Skills specifically Excel Excellent Communication Skills at all level of a business Flexible working approach Hands on approach gets the job done In return you can be certain that job satisfaction will be at its highest, As if that isn't enough, you will be part of a real leader within the Food industry who operate on a multi-site basis, this one being one of the largest
