Having recently expanded into the Basingstoke, to supply an onsite operation for a large retailer and longstanding client, Templine are now looking for a Contract Manager to join a successful team. Experience within a recruitment background is required, with managerial experience an advantage, but the right attitude and a desire to advance your career path are of equal importance. About you? The ideal candidate is someone who is ambitious and competitive, dedicated to high standards of customer service as well as able to advance the business aims of the company. You will be a keen and clear communicator, able to convey new ideas and comfortable challenging people on all levels. The abilities to be both adaptable and organised are essential. Ideally, you will be interested in developing and advancing your career within Templine. Hours: Flexible, but based on a day shift. There will be an expectation for some weekend working as well as for an out of hours’ mobile phone. Main Responsibilities: • To ensure that the client’s expectations are met and exceeded on all KPI criteria, to include: performance, accuracy, absence, attrition and fulfilment. • To ensure that the best possible candidates are selected within a competitive local employment market. • To communicate effectively on all levels, whether client facing or internally to the Templine management and Directors. • To support and motivate employees to perform at their optimum level and have the ability to record and manage this process effectively. • To work in conjunction with the senior manager to strategically plan for business critical periods. • To achieve legislative compliance and accountability, through internal and external audit processes. • To plan and deliver reporting processes to the client and Templine senior team, to include: weekly reporting, KPI reporting and period review meetings. • Through achieving all of the above, be able to expand Templine’s business interests and supply at the client.
