Templine Employment Agency is currently recruiting for a dedicated onsite Recruitment manager to work with one of our major clients in Waltham Abbey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within a fast paced growing employment agency. Accountabilities: • To ensure the correct quality and quantity of staff are available for assignments across all contracts. • To ensure Management Information is provided weekly to Templine and our customer's senior personnel - including productivity, training matrix, KPIs on bookings filled versus bookings given, staff turnover etc. • To meet balance scorecard targets as dictated by Templine Directors • To monitor the conduct and performance of the teams working for you and provide training when required. • To protect the financial interests and reputation of Templine Employment Agency. • To ensure all Health and Safety policies are adhered to. • To observe UK and EC Law. Main Duties: • To ensure the contract has the correct number and quality of staff available and inducted awaiting work. • Planning meetings with the customer to ensure that we have visibility as to requirement. Any concerns over training and availability of staff needs to be communicated by email to the contract and elevated to the Operations Director • Hold regular review meetings with the customer to review service level/discuss the relationship moving forward. Email minutes from these meetings to all parties. • Become the first point of contact for issues at site management level, resolve or elevate to Director level. • Regularly monitor and appraise the Consultants/Supervisors performance and where necessary provide extra training/mentoring. • Ensure Templine presence is maintained in the warehouse for at least ten hours a day to assist the customer with overtime arrangements, general Templine staff behaviour and activity levels. • Be proactive in our approach to gaining the best out of our temporary staff. This will include regular staff reviews incorporating Performance Improvement Plans. It will also include daily communication to staff reference their activity levels from previous shifts. • Follow disciplinary processes for repeat offenders with poor conduct and capability • Ensure that training matrix, KPIs on bookings filled versus bookings given productivity reports etc are completed daily. • Ensure all operations have suitable procedures in place for general administration and that these are adhered to
