Job Description

We are looking for a talented Onsite Recruitment Manager who shares our passion for continuous innovation and customer satisfaction to manage the provision of temporary labour on our client’s fast paced production facility in Carlisle, CA2 5TG. Who is our client? Our client is one of the world's leading snacking companies who have been delivering some of the world's most loved brands including McVitie's, Ulker, and Godiva. Our client is based in the UK but continues to produce on a worldwide scale. Their aim is to ensure that customers receive ultimate satisfaction with the confectionery and biscuits that are produced. Starting Salary: £26,000 per annum! This Onsite Recruitment Manager role is a full time permanent position and you will be working 45 hours per week, any 5 out of 7 days. What you will be doing: * Effectively plan and manage the recruitment of temporary food production operatives to ensure candidate flow is understood and fill rates are achieved * Natural aptitude for maintaining key client relationships - able to enhance PMP and our client's relationship to ensure 1st class delivery of service * As the Onsite Recruitment Manager, you will manage the recruitment and induction of new starters adhering to legal recruitment requirements at all times * Managing temporary workers performance * Processing weekly payroll for all temporary workers * Ensuring KPIs are met including fulfillment rates, absence, attrition, and client process compliance - whilst providing continuous improvement strategies * Compliance of GDPR whilst maintaining all staff records What we are looking for: * As an Onsite Recruitment Manager, we expect you to be able to demonstrate effective leadership and management skills * Ability to multitask in a target driven and fast-paced organisation whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent commercial acumen, able to understand budget/P&L financial statements for the Site * A flexible approach to working hours, particularly during peak periods is required for this Onsite Recruitment Manager role * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Location: Carlisle, CA2 5TG.
