Raeburn offers an opportunity for an Operation and Recruitment Administrator to join one of our respected clients on a contract basis (PART TIME or FULL TIME). The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support to the Operations team. The holder of this post will work alongside the Recruitment Consultants, Operations and Business Development Manager and the commercial team to ensure that an efficient and professional registration and recruitment process is maintained. Duties will include the following key functions in the registration and recruitment process: Provide general support to the Operations Team in the candidate submission and placement process, including: - CV formatting and updating - Candidate contact and shortlisting, including assisting in the Job Alert process - Arranging Interviews - Database maintenance & input - Establishing contact with applicants to gain further information necessary to progressing the registration process - Feeding relevant information back to RCs and OBDM - Travel Administration - involving Liaison with nominated travel agents to organise consultant and internal travel requirements - Managing the new registration process, including gathering together and validating all necessary documentation (CVs, certification, references etc). - Liaising with the Recruitment Consultants on a daily basis to review incoming applications - Participation in Operations Meetings to provide input in relation to new applicants and their suitability in relation to open enquiries - Undertaking detailed research projects into sourcing and contacting new candidates within the global oil and gas industry. This will be carried out in line with operational requirements in order to strengthen the companys database and sourcing capabilities. - Adhere to Data Privacy requirements and ensure all activities are performed in line with GDPR legislation Secondary duties will include: - Provide administrative assistance and support to the Commercial Team (Finance and Contracts) when required - Provide administrative assistance and support to Quality Management processes and GDPR compliance. The above list is not exhaustive and the position will include ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Education and experience: Satisfactory secondary education with relevant HR / Recruitment administration experience of at least three years. Technical skills: Fully competent in word processing and database skills General skills: Efficient in office administration, professional manner and appearance, good communicator, highly organised and a good team worker with the ability to work under own initiative.
