Corr Recruitment LTD is looking for an Operations Consultant for West Drayton area !!! If you are driven and hungry individual that would like to go into recruitment this is the best place to start. Operations / Candidate Consultant provides a vital link between clients and candidates. The Role involves: · marketing out candidates to existing clients · advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example, newspapers, websites, magazines; · using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers; · providing out of hours service for the branch’s client on rotated basis; · keeping Company database up to date with candidate and client’s information and bookings made; · using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy; · registering new candidates making sure all necessary documents are checked and copied; · managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client; · requesting references; · briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question; conducting inductions · assisting with payroll processes, answering workers’ pay queries · providing support and advice to agency workers · developing a good understanding of clients, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment; The ideal candidate will have: · excellent customer service skills · ability to manage and prioritize your own workload · excellent communication skills both verbal and written · positive attitude, ambition, high level of commitment to a job and drive to obtain set goals · ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment · great people and problem-solving skills · own transport Our Offer: · competitive salary · private healthcare after one year of service · employee perks
