Job Description

Daytime Healthcare are looking for experienced Out of Hours Healthcare Consultants or Daytime Booking Consultant looking to transition into Out of Hours. Flexibility is key and you will be working in a team as part of a Rota. PURPOSE OF JOB To mirror the service provided by the business to it’s customers during office hours on the out of hours desk. The individual is required to understand the staffing needs of each area in order to be best placed to provide the expected service. The individual needs to be proactive and competent in managing accounts in order to ensure opportunities are maximised. The individual would need to have a strong understanding of the current market and its workings. Experience within recruitment is desirable but not essential. KEY RESULT AREAS  To put nurses forward for work at every opportunity and complete process either to confirmation or rejection  To obtain candidate availability and referrals at every opportunity.  To maintain regular contact with clients through service calling, build lasting relationships to maximise any opportunities and keep them informed of the progress of current jobs.  To strive to be the agency of choice for both clients and candidates by going over and above to exceed expectations  To maximise potential by passing on leads to colleagues and actively promote all the services the business has to offer  To handle all customer concerns promptly  To keep the day team up-to-date with happenings on their areas  To compile detailed handover for the day team at the end of each shift KEY SKILLS: The post holder will need to demonstrate:  The ability to work autonomously  Ability to lead projects from start to completion  Team leading ability  Ability to develop and maintain relationships  Strong organizational skills  Ability to prioritise workload effectively  Excellent written and verbal communication  Ability to work under pressure  Ability to multitask effectively KEY BEHAVIOURS AND STYLE INDICATORS: Performance driven Strong influencer Self motivated Flexible Organized Problem solver Results driven
