Pure Staff are currently looking for an Outbound Communications Recruitment Specialist for our prestigous client based in West Bromwich. Scope of the Role/Outcomes: All Recruitment Specialists will be required to undertake a combination of the various tasks described below as part of the overall job description Cold-calling telemarketing leads to recruit new panellists. Outbound contact via telephone and email with existing survey panelists to discuss survey activities and data queries 'Against Departmental Targets'. Resolution of inbound Royal Mail panelist queries via telephone and email. General survey administration tasks. Quality Assurance as required by SLA. Attend and contribute to team and departmental meetings. Positively contribute to ensure successful delivery of new initiatives. Prompt escalation of system, production or data delivery issues to Supervisors. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.Skills/Abilities A motivated individual who is able to learn tasks quickly and work as part of a team. Good organization is a must to achieve challenging daily and weekly deadlines. Ability to handle change in a sometimes fast paced environment. Excellent telephone manner. Ability to maintain productive relationships with colleagues and stakeholder contacts. Very keen attention to detail and accuracy. A positive friendly manner. Competent IT (Word, Excel and Outlook) literacy, numeracy and written skillsWorking Hours Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm.
