Job Description

We are seeking experienced Outbound Telesales Recruitment Consultants in Croydon, Surrey, to conduct outbound telemarketing calls to business customers. We are looking for individuals who are confident and have good telemarketing communication skills. The service we provide is a staffing solutions specifically in the social care sector, with the scope to expand to various other sectors. OBJECTIVE: To work as an outbound telemarketing executive generate new leads of businesses who are interested in staffing solutions. Skill Requirements REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE: • Previous Telemarketing / Telesales experience in an outbound call centre environment preferred but not essential. • Professional manner, confident, assertive yet not pushy, well presented with an outgoing personality. • Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner. • Good at building rapport and maintaining customer relationships. • Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets with continuity. • Ambitious, enthusiastic, self motivated and target orientated. • Focused, organized, eager to learn and develop. • Confident at objection handling and keeping the customer onside. • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workload. • Computer literate. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Proactively generate new business and sales. • Liaise with potential clients, identify and understand their needs so as to provide the best recruitment service possible. • Nurture prospects and manage a database. • Conclude business in a professional manner but with a friendly and personal touch. • To behave responsibly and continually update your business and industry knowledge
