We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants in Croydon, Surrey, to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are confident and have experience in a recruitment or b2b sales. The service we provide is a staffing solutions specifically in the social care and security sectors, with the scope to expand to various other sectors. OBJECTIVE: To work as a recruitment consultant to generate new leads of businesses and increase sales revenue of the organisation. Skill Requirements REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE: • Previous experience • Professional manner, confident, assertive yet not pushy, well presented with an outgoing personality. • Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner. • Good at building rapport and maintaining customer relationships. • Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets with continuity. • Ambitious, enthusiastic, self motivated and target orientated. • Focused, organized, eager to learn and develop. • Confident at objection handling and keeping the customer onside. • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workload. • Computer literate. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Proactively generate new business and sales. • Liaise with potential clients, identify and understand their needs so as to provide the best recruitment service possible. • Nurture prospects and manage a database. • Conclude business in a professional manner but with a friendly and personal touch. • To behave responsibly and continually update your business and industry knowledge. This is a sales and target driven role
