Part-Time Breeder Recruiter

Our client in Corby requires a part-time, experienced & motivated sales person to join their friendly & close knit team. Duties and Responsibilities: Overview * Understand the benefits of One Month Free product for prospective breeders * Call, using the dialler, carefully screened breeder leads with the aim of converting to use OMF product - sending a sample, sending some cover notes to try, sending information Daily duties * Be on the dialler, either speaking or waiting for a call, for 45% of your working day * Be knowledgeable about Breeder Club One Month Free offering, understand the key features and benefits and be able to handle objections * Be knowledgeable about pet insurance products * Where possible, send OMF material to the prospective breeder * Make professional outbound breeder calls, building rapport and start a long-term relationship on every call * Make accurate notes immediately after each call * Be knowledgeable about all of the client's products and services Success criteria: * Be professional and courteous at all times to breeders/customers * Ensure you are on the dialler for 45% of your time in work * Achieve 100% TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) * Make accurate reports for admin team to follow up
