Job Description: You will be reporting to the Business Director and be responsible for; * As a recruiter, you will have responsibilities for the success of your own desk * Business Development including, sourcing of sales leads and networking * To be accountable for achieving agreed personal and branch KPI’s in line with the Company Strategy * Ensuring all jobs are managed professionally exceeding clients expectations * To be responsible for updating and cleansing the database ensuring quality information is stored * Weekly sales & marketing activity, sales calls, meetings and fly In’s * Resourcing and attracting candidates through online job boards, social media and from our internal database on behalf of our clients, to their specific requirements * Interviewing/screening applicants by phone/Skype/face to face * Issuing and interpreting online skills and psychometric tests The Successful Applicant: To be considered for this part time Recruitment Consutant, it would be advantageous to hold experience in the following; * Ideally, previous experience within a Recruitment Agency as a Consultant or sales background * Ideally experience in account management and new business development * Be able to work towards KPI’s and be target driven * Must be organised and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Excellent written skills * A self-starter who is able to work autonomously but also within a team environment * Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure * Attention to detail is a must, also be hard working and motivated * Flexible working attitude * Smart and professional appearance * Full clean driving licence * Good Microsoft package skills What’s on Offer?
