Our lively and dynamic business continues to grow and as a result we are seeking an additional Recruitment Administrator to join our Head Office accounts team in Ipswich. Our business is a specialist agency providing temporary and permanent staff to the construction sector. This is a busy and demanding role, involving lots of contact with our own recruitment consultants and our large number of candidates and clients. The major output of the role is to assist the business in getting all our temporary staff paid correctly and on time, so a real attention to detail is required. The main responsibilities of the role include: • Ensuring compliance standards are met with new candidate registrations • Adding candidates to our internal systems • Sending out weekly timesheets to placed candidates and current clients • Chasing outstanding information and dealing with queries over the telephone • Liaising with our Recruitment Consultants to ensure payroll details are correct This role is part of our central Accounts Team and reports to our Finance Manager, also involving close working and support from our Accounts Executive. It’s a busy job and would suit someone with enthusiasm who is used to dealing with people. It is also quite structured, as we operate a weekly payroll cycle, and attention to detail is very important. There are two major internal databases in use in the role so experience of using similar systems would be a significant advantage. The role is for immediate start and based at our office in Ipswich town centre
