Our Peterborough based Client are currently looking for a People Development Advisor - Recruitment Lead to join them on a permanent staff basis. The Recruitment Lead will be required to manage and facilitate recruitment needs, working day to day with the recruitment leads for a 7 partner organisation and managers to fill vacancies in a timely manner. The role is largely office based with some travel to projects or sites as appropriate to the area of business supported. Occasionally there may be some extra travel or hours required to support events and attend meetings in other geographical locations. Key Responsibilities: Use PeopleFluent to maintain a single, consistently applied recruitment process. Working with partner Recruitment leads; manage the candidate experience throughout therecruitment process to ensure that the partnership Alliance is put forward professionally, as an attractive organisation to all potential candidates. Lead monthly Recruitment Working group meetings with Partner Recruitment Leads and managers in relation to resource planning and roles required, i.e. generating common understanding of skills, behaviours. specialisation etc to maintain aneffective resource plan which meets business requirements. Support Organisational Development Manager to develop progressive recruitment strategies and work with Partner Recruitment leads to organize, plan and implement these strategies such as attending recruitment fairs, advertising, websites and social media etc. Use a range of tools to attract and recruit suitable candidates including maintaining vacancies on the partnership Website and using social media tools such as Linkedin. Provide guidance to recruiting managers on the selection process for all roles including structured interviews. Support community based initiatives at local level to provide resources and opportunities for the partnership. Person Specification: The successful candidate is likely to meet all of the following criteria: Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and written form Highly motivated to deliver with the ability to work under pressure PC literate with strong experience of Microsoft Office Essential: Solid experience of working in process driven environment Broad knowledge of recruitment and latest recruitment development Experience of managing recruitment within a high volume fast paced environment 7 or more GCSEor equivalent CIPD-Part/Fully Qualified Must hold a full EU Driving Licence.
