Main functions of a Perm Recruitment Consultant / Snr Perm Consultant / Manager * 360 degree sales - you manage the whole process * Daily high volume use of telephone, internet, email * Providing industry leading customer service * Telemarketing of candidates to relevant companies * Account Manager for your clients * Searching for candidates & submitting CVs to vacancies * Telephone interviewing candidates * High level use of in-house database * Write and post job adverts online * Business development of client accounts * Client visits Essential Requirements: Organised, outgoing & confident communicator - essential Good written and verbal English language skills Package: Basic Salary: Between £20,000 - £35,000 depending on experience High uncapped commission - Earning Potential: £40K 1st year, £50K 2nd year If your experience matches please forward your CV immediately to
