Permanent 360 Recruitment Consultant Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultants to join the Mach family! Mach Recruitment Ltd is a family run National employment agency specialising in permanent, industrial temp and managed services across the UK. Since its establishment in 2007, Mach has seen accelerated growth resulting in mass expansion. The permanent division has delivered successful results since being launched in 2017 and will continue to significantly contribute to the growth of Mach Recruitment in the future. Job Purpose The purpose of this position is to manage and build the local and national permanent business within a dedicated sector. This position is a 360 role (i.e. sales and recruitment) but does benefit from a central resourcing team. Key responsibilities will include: * Identifying potential clients through sales and research – social networking, calls, meetings * Presenting winning solutions and price proposals to clients * Attracting and identifying suitable candidates through advertising and social media networking and campaigns * Management of a dedicated resourcing team, briefing them on jobs to be advertised and sourced * Screening of shortlisted candidates and presentation of these to clients * Liaising with clients for interview feedback and job offers * Updating weekly performance reports The Candidate We are looking for candidates with the following skills, experience and attributes: * An established Permanent Recruitment Consultant. (Industry doesn’t matter – we are open to experts of any sector) * Established client network * Strong sales and negotiating skills * Candidate attraction and resourcing * Team player, with excellent communication skills * Able to work from the Leeds Branch, but willing to travel nationally for client meetings as required * Full driving license * Self starter The Benefits * Competitive Basic Salary (negotiable depending on experience) * Uncapped monthly commission scheme – highly competitive commission paid from £0 once low threshold is achieved (lower than industry standard) * Autonomy to run desk as if it’s your “own business” * High street discount programme * Free Parking * Development and progression
