Job Description

Following recent growth and as we continue to expand, we will be looking for a Permanent Recruitment Advisor to join our lively recruitment agency in Redditch and further develop this area of our business. With a view to promoting our focus on teamwork and quality of service, you will be responsible for all of our permanent and skilled vacancies. Reporting directly to Managing Directors, successful candidate will require exceptional skills in: * Customer service * Verbal and written communication (grammatical excellence required) * Attention to detail * Organisation * Computer proficiency * Team working * New business development We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the permanent recruitment division here at Smart 1, not only delivering excellent service to existing clients and candidates but also proactively looking for opportunities to grow the permanent recruitment business. Here at Smart 1, previous recruitment experience is not necessary but experience is a similar / transferable discipline is essential, such as: * Account Management / Account Handling * New Business Development * Internal Staffing * Business Development You will also require: * Full UK Driving Licence * A Level education (preferred) * GCSE Maths & English (required) Are you a Smart 1?
